- How does annual billing work?
- You save 20% on Team when you pay for a year upfront. Team is $1,910.40/year, equivalent to $159.20/month. Your decision allowance still resets each month. Solo stays free, and Enterprise pricing is custom.
- What happens when the Team trial ends?
- Add a credit card to continue on Team, or move to Solo if its limits fit your needs. If you switch to Solo, your first agent and its policies stay in place, with a limit of 10K decisions a month.
- What happens when Solo reaches 10K decisions?
- Solo has a limit of 10K decisions a month. Once you reach it, Wicket blocks calls in enforce mode. Calls in observe mode continue without being logged. This lasts until the next month begins. Try Team for 1M decisions a month, unlimited agents, collaboration, and policy replay.
- What happens if Team goes over its included decisions?
- Nothing stops working. Wicket keeps checking calls against your policies, and each additional 1,000 decisions costs $0.20, the same rate you pay for your included 1M. We add any extra decisions to your bill at the end of the month, whether you pay monthly or annually.
- What counts as a decision?
- Each time Wicket checks a tool call against your policies and records the result, it counts as one decision. Allowed calls, denied calls, and calls evaluated in observe mode all count.
- Does observe mode change what my agents can do?
- No. Observe mode checks calls against your policies and logs the results without blocking them. This lets you review what would be allowed or denied before turning on enforcement. On Solo, logging stops if you reach the monthly decision limit.
